King's Corner opened in downtown Cedarburg, Wisconsin in 2003. Among the store's
regular customers was Barb Batzko, an early childhood educator and mother of two.
When the store's original owners relocated at the end of 2004, they had to leave the
store and searched for a new owner. Barb, together with her husband John, decided to
fulfil her lifelong dream of having her own business, and took over the store. Barb and
John re-opened King's Corner in August of 2005.

In October 2006, King's Corner moved to a new location in Grafton along with the new
Just 4 Fun Children's Center. Just 4 Fun is an indoor children's activity center, and
includes play structures, a child care center and a piano studio. The new Grafton store
is twice as large as the old Cedarburg store, which has given us the chance to expand
out selection of books and toys.

In addition to a great variety of children's books, King's Corner carries an assortment
of Melissa and Doug, eeBoo and other premium toy lines. We're happy to special
order any books or toys that we do not have in stock--just ask!
 

We also offer a Friends and Family program, and discounts for grandparents and
educators. Just remember to ask when you check out!
